Nate, we get it that you are enjoying all your posts, but you are also continuing to dispense wrong info about the ME (something that also has been repeatedly pointed out to you above in several posts).
Even your link to CorvetteBlogger is misleading, for nothing in that article points to an imminent release, only to an imminent ZR1 release. To quote from your CorvetteBlogger link:

An FE won't go over nearly as well as an ME internationally.
Large front engine track cars aren't a big draw across the waters.
How many ACRs were exported?
Exactly, not many...
MEs are an entirely different kettle of fish.
The exotic manufacturers and their MEs are very well known over there.

Bottom line... any new Corvette that's revealed within the next 1-3 months would be the FE C7 ZR1... and/or other iterations of the FE C7.
Any total/official reveal of a ME Corvette C8 will likely be 12+ months out.
The great news here is that it looks like the legendary ME Corvette myth will actually become a reality within the next 1-2 years!
