Nice shots Bendarwesh. I've heard others mention the ZR1 styling and color look even better in person - your impressions?

I've always had black Vettes, but I can easily see a Sebring Orange low-wing vert in my future.

I'm surprised not to see orange leather accents in the interior - maybe a future production option.

Will the splitter, and side skirts be installed during manufacturing, or upon delivery to dealer, etc.?

Only the 2nd pic was a 911 GT2RS. The 1st and 3rd are the Cayman GT4. While it admittedly can't hang with a ZR1 due to less HP, it's still a great handling track car with a beautiful high quality interior and it started at $85k. It was typically optioned out around ~$100k, well under the ZR1 MSRP.

The C7 was a nice improvement in interior quality no doubt, but GM can still improve further if prodded a bit. Perhaps the C8 will fully bring the interior up to par.

I would like to find out if the new ZR1 will have a very conservative ECU. It does not take very much for the ZO6 to pull timing and reduce power. It's a real pain in the *** at a track. I fill the tank with 100 Octane and on a cold day the power remains strong. On a worm day with a full tank of 100 Octane I have felt it pulling power bob the afternoon.

But my point was that you DO have to spend that kind of money on a Porsche with equal performance to the ZR1. You have to pay up to get both in the Porsche world.

Sounds like GM may have hit it out of the park if the main short coming some can find is the carpet. Like Allen Iverson said “ We’re talking about practice “ !?!?!?!?!? Like we’re worried about the carpet on a world class supercar ? If so, just take it to an upholstery shop and install “ fine corinthian leather “ type carpet. Certainly a lot cheaper than springing for a $300,000 plus Porsche GT2RS.
