Some dealerships will need more, but some haven't even received deposits for all of the allocations they have received.

Very much appreciate the info and insight elegant. Can't seem to get a straight answer unless I come here and read your posts. I'm in line.

I just called my dealer and he said they still don’t have any information yet. Does that mean that they didn’t get any allocations? I am really frustrated. There is not much communication from his side at all. My situation is also kinda screwed because I originally wanted a 2018 ZL1 Camaro, therefore I have already traded my 2013 Camaro ZL1 in. So now if I would switch dealers I would loose my taxes on the trade in. Also they wanted me to trade the car in right away before my Camaro was even ordered. I am thinking that they did this that I won’t go anywhere else because of the taxes.
Do dealers who don’t get a ZR1 allocation, get a email or letter stating that they won’t get any.
Dealer said he’s getting one for sure but I think he is not telling me the truth!

I am working up GM’s ZR1 allocation formula, the ratio of allocations compared to total dealership 2017 sales (year-to-date).
If someone wishes to share, for I only only have data on a limited number of dealers so far, please either post, or send me a PM — as I will not be publicly sharing any specific allocation for any dealership, just sharing the basic, overall ratio/pattern.
For example, it is preliminarily appearing that a dealership needed to sell around 12 Corvettes (January 1-November 30, 2017) to get their first ZR1 allocation.
The more info I get from others, the more precise our knowledge of ZR1 allocations will become.

Just received more info via a PM (from a forum dealer), reinforcing what my earlier numbers are showing, that year-to-date Z06 sales are the key driver in dealerships’ allocations.
This information corroborates what I learned yesterday from a dealer who has, proportionately, sold a much higher percentage of Z06 sales than competitors in his “C7 sales, year-to-date size range.” He is being very nicely rewarded with many ZR1 allocations.

Here is unofficial ZR1 pricing as you asked, though those with an asterisk have been GM announced (by Mark Reuss, Tadge, and/or Harlan)
$119,995 for a coupe (*)
$123,995 for a convertible (*)
$10,000 for 3ZR trim (*)
$6,995 for the Sebring Orange interior package – includes competition seats (*)
$2,995 for the ZTK performance package (*)
The below pricing comes from announced pricing for other C7’s, and while believed to be the same, that is not yet confirmed. As there are many other options, one could go to to Chevy.com and “build and price” another C7 model and find out 2018 pricing for those options; as some examples...
$1,725 for automatic transmission
$995 for R8C delivery
$1,095 for delivery/transportation
It is expected that ZR1 pricing for paint is identical to other C7’s.
What is totally unknown so far is the gas guzzler tax – though one knowledgeable, non GM person has said it could be $1,700. Inside knowledge, scientifically determined, or estimate?

That ratio is not accurate (though as posted earlier in this thread, ZR1 allocations are based on Z06 sales over the past twelve month period).
It is not accurate that for every two Z06 sold during this time period, that one gets a ZR1 allocation. I base this on having communicated with 12 dealers over the past 48 hours; not a one is getting an allocation based on that amount. All of those twelve would wish that the 2:1 ratio were/is accurate.
Here’s more proof that it is not accurate.
* The ZR1 allocations dealer’s received is for the production time period March 1-July 31, 2018. At the announced production rate of 200/month, only 1,000 ZR1’s will be assembled during that time period.
* If we take the number of Z06’s sold between December 1st, 2016-November 30, 2018, it far exceeds 2,000 Z06s.

22,801 - Number of Corvettes sold during the 2017 calendar year (through December 1)
22% - Percentage of total 2017 model year Corvettes that were Z06 Corvettes
5,016 - Roughly, the number of Z06 Corvettes sold during the first 11 months of 2017
2,000 - Estimated 12 month ZR1 production
1:2.5 - 1 ZR1 to every 2.5 Z06s
The 1 to 2.5 ratio is also subjective to the nation's larger dealerships being awarded additional ZR1 allocations which would impact the ratio for smaller dealerships to something closer to 1 to 3.
