No, I dont like the looks number 1 and I am very happy with what I have and see no reason to change. I ordered the car and did the VIP owners tour and watched it built, plus did the engine build-assist program, so I have a lot invested in this car financially, emotionally and time wise. I will never sell this one. I do reserve the right to buy more, however...

With an 8L90 tranny, no way! Thank you I have an 8L90 tranny now, it's a piece of crap. I now have a new crankshaft because of it. Don't want a clutch!

What have you got, a Stingray? Well there's your problem and that's why you need a ZR1, it's got the much stronger setup of the Z.

8L90 in the base car is the weak sister, you don't want it. But the A8 in the Z is a superstar. Run, do not walk, to get one. It makes M7s cry.

I personally thinks it’s a waste. The z06 was good enough with the mid engine coming on the seen.

Nope, too rich for my blood. I had to stretch to buy my GS and I'm perfectly happy with it.

For me, I'd LOVE to get one. I might wait to see what the Mid-Engine has in store first.

If I was allowed to do 200mph on I-10, maybe. Otherwise, bragging rights only go so far and the cost is not worth it (IMO).

I really like the new ZR1, but I have a very nice 2018 1LZ 7M Z06 that I am very happy with! Besides, it would probably cost me about $70,000 to trade for a ZR1 3ZR 7M Coupe. Way way too much for me ....!!!

Yes, I have placed an order for one with my dealer. Now lets see if GM will build it or me in a timely maner.

I might have to employ some 'creative financing schemes' just like I did when I bought my C6 Z06. But yes, I plan on buying the C7 ZR1...... and then trading it in for the new Mid Engine C8

I do like the ZR1, but I am still with my Z07, and I already have my sights on the mid-engine. But then, who knows, I may still get one towards the end of the ZR1 run.

The ZR1 is very impressive, but as I have and am happy with my Z06, I am saving up for the 2020 ME.

I had an early C7 Z on order but cancelled it when the heat soak issues started to surface. I then added my name to the ZR1 list at the dealer. (I am currently number 7 on the list.)

With the Z cancelled I bought an SS Camaro instead. Something to tide me over until the ZR1 is available for order. Funny thing I really like the 2SS Camaro. Its a fun track car even though its not a 1LE. It just never seems to jump up and bite me in the ***. (maybe I should not have said that!)

I know the ZR1 will be way too much car for my skill level on the track, so I may keep the Camaro. But have to solve the garage space issue....

However, the ME is very intriguing. Odd that they are coming out so close to each other.
