Yes they would fit. The tires are identical. However, the front wheels on the ZR1 are 1/2” wider for better cornering stability.
Would your Z06 wheel/tire set work well for calm/daily driving? IMO, yes.
Would it be smart to track or autocross, or drive at 9/10+’s with your Z06 set?

They should be fine. If you want to track the car with them that shouldn't be an issue either. You might get a little more understeer at the limit which would limit speed through a corner but isn't any big deal except for a lower lap time.
