They look like a Z06 with the mumps. Sorry, but it is hideous.

Thanks jagamajajaran. I’m leaning toward the smaller wing. Seems more proportionate to the overall appearance of the car

The thing has to be really super fast (New PTM!?) to justify all of that! Not to mention all this airtime!

How about they have the street aero pitches, and ride height setup. No end caps required!?

Yea those side gills are hideous, star wheels got to go and both variations of the wing aren’t appealing.. the front fascia sure but I’m not sold 🤷🏻*♂️ The car looks larger on the front end which the front tires look offset

I am SO glad so many of you guys are bitching and moaning (again) about the ZR1, like you have nothing else to do...it just leaves more allocation for those of us who really like the car.

Gee, I wonder why I'm naturally drawn to the red one.......

Default Good old '14-18 Z06 Body still better

I agree that the older body is Better. The high front fenders define the Vette, steam lining them makes it blend in with the Camaro and other FLATprofile cars. The new grill dose nothing for me either, it looks like every other import from Honda to Subaru attempting to look "Mean" . JMHO...What I do like is the Engine coming through the hood, an opening made for future Edlebrock high rise manifold etc. without having to modify the hood in the future. But that's about it, messing with the high fenders is a no no.Fritz

^^^ I'm with you bankers1. I like the shaker hood on the ZR1, but that's it. The other stuff -- wing (giant and small), huge splitter, side vent that sticks out, new nose with all kinds of angles and materials -- I think are negatives.

I feel about the ZR1 like I did when the C6 came out (I had a C5 at the time). I was happy that I did not have the massive urge to upgrade, and that what I have now (a 2016 Z06) is perfect.

We'll see if this changes when the ME model is introduced.

The lack of sales of the big wing package will only reinforce within GM as to why not bother with a track variant type of approach, due to lack of sales. Problem is, they executed it in a very unattractive manner with a anime' boy racer looking wing, versus a C7R/ACR grade airfoil with some properly functional looking aero.

The ZR1 with the low profile wing looks much more appropriate and aggressive, shame about the big aero option. At least it'll be fast at least....good for marketing if nothing else.
