IMO, not much. The R is not supercharged and the ZR1 is basically an LT5 with a bigger s/c so no engine, the larger front intakes are for cooling the s/c on the Z, the suspension, well it's mildly retuned from the Z06, the eDiff is Z51. What's left, the rear wing and that's only if you get the ZTK option.
