This is interesting...
The engine exhales through a two-stage muffler system with both active and passive elements to vary the sound level of what Chevrolet is calling “the loudest and most aggressive-sounding production Corvette in history.” This employs new technology for which “we’ve applied for and expect to get some patents,” said Juechter.

I'd love to know what's not real about a 755hp loud as hell ZR1...this thing is going to be one hell of a performer on and off the track..if the new ZR1 is not the real deal I'd like to know what is.

Maybe..but he did sell 130K C7s to date so I really don't think he has to save his job...

Cheers

They took what they learned from the Z06 and put it in the ZL1 camaro has the ZL1 overheated at the track? Then they applied it to the ZR1.

Absolutely...I'm from Missouri, the "Show Me" state.
Tadge will say whatever he has to to save his job.
I dunno about saving his job, but I'm sure he got some heat from higher up after all the bad press the Z06 fiasco generated.

You can't really compare the air flow around the Camaro engine bay with the C7's...very different dimensions.
