I'll go with Rick Hendrick, and the winning bid well over 1 mill.

Why do you think that? It's still an auction. You can be the winning bidder...step on up.

Who's getting shammed? Proceeds are going to the Stephen Siller foundation.

Why pay these auction fees there are plenty of people who will buy your vette for cash. Can not believe the prices. This is for suckers. In ct you only have a few months to drive thats if the car does not break down.

Wow. Looks awesome.

I love the BJ bashing comments....no one has a gun to anyone's head making them bid or spend crazy amounts of money, they do it of their own free will.

People who have the means get to have the fun.

I'm guessing $1.4 plus for the car, and that RH gets it, no matter the final price.

Makes for entertaining television and a great boost for a worthy charity.

If Jay isn't there, you can bet he'll be the last phone bidder going against Hendricks.

I doubt it'll do $1mil. But it would be nice if it did, esp. for charity. Maybe $500k. Heading to Barrett Jackson today to take a look at it.
