Paint correction, if needed. Full PPF coverage, a little red striping (see crappy Photoshop pic), windshield protection film. Complete tint. Lloyd's logo'd floor and cargo mats.

Also considering akropovic but need to hear stock exhaust in person first. I definitely want black exhaust tips regardless.

Hardwired radar detection.

ACS carbon fiber straked rear diffuser.

Have to find different wheels to mount MPSS's and save stock rims with the SC2's for the track or someone else.

Drive it, spray detail it, drive it, drive it again, wash it, dry it, spray detail it, drive it, so on and so forth. Then if after a 1000 miles or so if any short comings arise, which I seriously doubt, they will be addressed.

I am so tired of many tiny windshield chips (even though I am careful where I drive, avoid truck tailgating, etc). At SEMA in November, I spent one hour at the ClearPlex booth. Getting it installed is going to a very high priority mod. I watched/participated in deliberately inflicting major sharp-point strikes into the windshield, then had them peel back the ClearPlex — and the windshield was still perfect — yet I created many chips on the opposite side which was not protected even though I used lesser force on the unprotected side. Will it stop a major rock at 70 MPH breaking the windshield. Not even close.

But will it prevent five years, after putting tens of thousands of miles on your car, from your having 50 tiny and small windshield rock chips, YES!

It also stops 95% of UV light, has a 5% glare reduction, and absorb 8% of heat. It is not a typical paint protection film; it is harder than glass.

I have zero relationship to this product, but it is now on my “top 5 priority mod” list for my ME!

Worth $250 to me. Unfortunately not in every state yet.

Steve, I like your rendering! If I were getting a ZR1, I would definitely do paint protection, especially on the nose.

Accessory stuff like Lloyd Mats Would be good. Of course, I would be tempted to add more Carbon Fiber.......

My first stop will be to get PPF applied and I'm with Elegant that I want to do the windshield protection this time. I'll also be pulling the stock wheels and MPSC2 tires and putting my Katech designed KT1 Forgeline wheels on with MPSS tires for street use.
Other than that I'm going to get 1500 miles on the car as quickly as possible to get it to the track.

I want to run it stock to see what the stock suspension calibration is like and to see how the improved CCBs hold up. However, I have a set of AP Racing brakes, DSC controller, and Tractive DDA shocks that will eventually go on. I'll also be throwing my 18" Forgeline GA1Rs on with slicks once I burn through the MPSC2 on track.

This sounds great. If it can stand up to the U.V. rays for 3 years you got your moneys worth.

For all those receiving ZR1's I will have special deals on Akrapovic exhausts as well as any premium custom forged wheels you select (HRE, Forgeline, etc.)

Let's have some fun with these beasts.

OMG this Beast is absolutely BA gorgeous Akra depending on how stock sounds my plan also. Hardwired radar also a good plan! Contemplating switching Cups to MPSS

I'm thinking send it to Caravaggio for the interior, and hope that Akrapovic offers an exhaust, love it on my Z06
