Is the ZR1 Air Box, Intake Tube and Filter the same as all other C7?

The startup of the ZR1 sounds the same as the Z06 to me.

That's unique to the Sebring Orange Design Package and I believe they call it bronze not gold.

Default Our first zr1 has arrived

I live a little north of Cincy and called to see if I could come look at the car. I drove the 45 mins and talked to RYAN. He was happy to take me back to the car and inside the paint is nice but I bet it pops outside. He let me take some pics and told me the story of the car.... GREAT GUY talked for awhile... they had a small showroom but it was packed with GS, a SO manual strode out but about 8 total and a ZO6 with carbon fiber and sport seats...... did you read TITLE closely? Three more available

I have to say that looks pretty acceptable without the wing and wing stanchions bolted on. As in: perfectly fine to drive around town like that, and then attach the big wing on when it's time to tear up the track.

Definitely please post pics fully assembled with the wing. Looks great as is, but I'd like to see that fully dressed out.

To me, now it looks like it's missing something without either wing....

I have to agree. In fact, I'd like to see a picture after they put the splitter and side skirts on but before they mount the wing. I wasn't really against driving the big wing on the street but if a few bolts make it less noticeable then maybe.

I asked one my GM buddies about the mass of the wing and stanchions.
From him:

Super light. The wing is all carbon and stanchions are aluminum... You can hold it with one hand. Don't do it in a breeze, even a light breeze has more aero loading than the weight of the parts.

IMHO it doesn't look right at all without its aero bits. Guess its just me.

No, it isn't just you...I thought the same thing.
The front of the car appears out of balance with the rear (aesthetically).
The primary reason, of course, is that big *** hood scoop, etc.
The thing is the big *** rear wing balances this out.
Take the wing away and the car looks odd.
