Wow, I was expecting better when the C6ZR1 was able to hit 180-184mph in stock form. I know conditions play a part as well as driver too. Just saying I expected more.

Sweet!

I witnessed the first two runs. Shakedown pass of 132.6 in the 1/4 and 158.8 in the half (they make you tech in to 160 on your first pass I think). Next actual full pass was 129.8 1/4, 157.1 half and 180.8 mile speeds.

I'm guessing the full aero equipment doesn't help either though

It is just a little faster than the Z06. It has even more downforce with the bigger wing than the stage 3 aero on the Z07 . No way it will top out at 212 as GM claims.

I wouldn't be too worried. The C6ZR fast list shows only 5 cars from 180-184. These are best passes and similar to the passes many call 'hero runs' that are done in optimum conditions. Case in point a C7Z06 has gone 184 and we know how those get harped on for falling on their faces up top. This is the first passes by one ZR1 in average conditions at best.

Edit- After seeing the latest update..... well $hit LOL LOL

It was (before the aero was removed) about 9 MPH faster everywhere than the stock Z06s running (1/4-1/2 and mile speeds). I wonder what the latest splits are??

will be interesting to see what the c7zr1 does In the magnum 1.5mile

what are the Calloway 757’s doing the standing mile in?

The Calloway does 202 to 204 in the magnum 1.5mile. A bone stock c6z does 196 In the magnum 1.5. A bone stock c7z does 182 to 187 in the magnum 1.5

I think a stock c7z is 165 in the standing mile.

Most youtube videos show 177 to 182 for c6zr1 standing mile.

Does the wing just bolt into the Z51 spoiler? Or is that a different spoiler than teh z51 version?

You need mucho HP to break 200. My bud with a twin turbo 392 stroker in an 09 Challenger ran 207 and change. I ran 155 with stock 5.7 2010 Challenger.

Personally witnessed stock Z06s going 172 today in average (at best) weather. M7 and A8s same MPH.

Driver of the A8 says he ran 178 yesterday, which is believable but I did not witness personally nor see a timecard so not willing to post with 100% certainty.

Saw what I think was a stock Stingray going 162 in the mile (based on 1/4 and 1/2 speeds). I think a Z06 is worth more than 3 MPH LOL.

Thought they would be faster. My Z06 M7 has been over 132.
