The laptime difference to the ACR is essentially negligible but..... there are many things to take into account. Was the track green for either car? That can make a significant difference in grip and easily add up to a second or more. Of course, the ACR could have had an advantage or disadvantage vs the ZR1....

Chris Winkler set the Viper ACR time.
The thing that's good (IMO) is that all the OFFICIAL Corvette times are done by Jim Mero. That truly shows the improvements made to the cars as the generation heads toward it's end of the line.

Vette was designed just the opposite because the owner demographics are mostly 50+ year olds.
This is as stupid as mustang trying to be in the same class as Vette... Regardless of all the lipstick Vette is just a Vette..
