0 to 150 mph in the C7 ZR1
what does the forum think zero to 150 mph in the c7zr1 will be? For reference
the c7z06 is 17.8 seconda
the c6z06 is 17.5 seconds.
The c6zr1 is 16.4
all the above as reported by car and driver
the lingenfelter c4zr-1 was 15.6
as documented here: https://www.caranddriver.com/compari...15-zr-1-page-5
will the 750 hp c7zr1 do better then the lingenfelter c4-zr-1 from 20 years ago at 650 hp?
0-150 is a great benchmark of performance in my opinion.

Road & Track printed their results for the C7Z(Z07)Manual in the Feb issue: $105,210 3536 lbs 186 mph top speed 0-60 in 3.3 sec 0-100 in 7.6 sec 0-150 in 17.1 sec 11.5sec@124.8 mph Qtr 1.17G 60-0 in 105 ft 12/22 mpg est
They noted 46 deg F temps, downforce tanked top end accel, & top end 9 mph less with Z07 drag.
used to be pretty simple with the C6 for accelerations times of the top dawgs. No longer the case C7 ZR included.

My 600 RWHP C6 Z06 ran 0-150 MPH (150.11 to be exact) in 15.10 seconds, according to my VBox Sport. On street tires
I run 10.40's @133-135 MPH on 1.5x-1.6x 60' times on a drag radial here in AZ, and 164-166 MPH standing 1/2 mile.
This was with stock transmission and 3.42 rear gear, I've now switched to the MH3 close ratio C6 Zr1 transmission and soon to be 3.90 rear gear, so I should better those time significantly.
This was also posted recently.....roll racing from 50 MPH, but I think it's a fair representation of how the ZR1 is going to do.

Looks Like my Bolt on C7 Z06 just went 14.1, 0-150 MPH at the Mojave Magnum mile in 3500+ DA...
Here is the full pass, 201.4 in the standing 1.5 mile pass, 189.2 as I crossed the 1 mile mark, again, our DA is MUCH worse then Texas, and this DOES make a difference...

thanks for mentioning the old 415
that 0-150-0 time looks pretty good
I have the "sister car" a 390 LSV that pulls 129 in the quarter on drag raidals
the new ZR-1 will dust that, and well it should. what I like about the old lt5 is my LPE runs the same at 105k miles as it did at 12k when it was built
time to go get that record back with a "stripped aero" zr1
