Nice ride!!!!!!

Looking for one but here in Ontario there is still wait lists. Spoke to a dealer I bought a few cars off of, no mark ups, but I have to wait, plus I want a manual so I'll wait until the market loosens up.

Fully loaded coupe with A8, SODP, Track package, etc.. is going to MSRP for right at $170,000 Canadian plus tax.

The base price for "Standard" vehicle is $138,395.00 Canadian

The 3ZR package is $11,5995.00
The A8 transmission is $1,990.00
The ZTK Track Package is $3,445.00
The Sebring Orange Design Package is $8,995.00

All above are Canadian dollars.

.7763 $US is worth 1 $Can .. $120,000 US = $154,579. Thanks GM on behalf of all Corvette lovers buying the car in the USA. Canadians are getting the car at what appears to be about the USA dealer cost.

Which partially explains why Canada will only get @35 cars out of the estimated @ 2,000 unit production forecast. Not much motivation for GM to ship them to Canada when they get more money keeping them in the US dealership network.

it doesn’t explain it at all to me. I assumed Canada got 35 cars based of the same criteria of Z06 sales over a previous year time period that determined how many each US dealer would be allocated. IMO they should have used the USA price adjusted for the $US/$C exchange rate as of the date of the price announcement. They weren’t even close from what I can see. There is something else going on here.

Yup. MSRP. 165k I believe on the window and that’s what he paid. Stick with ZTK package a few bells and whistles...

Pricing has been this way since back in 2013 when they priced the C7 Stingrays at a favourable rate for Canadians... prior to that the imbalance was the other way and Canadian buyers were bringing the cars up from the US at good savings... since 2013 it’s been in our favour... but not just on Corvettes. The CTS-V is $15,000 cheaper for Canadians... and other vehicles as well I believe.

The Z-06 allocations started small in Canada but then ballooned when cars weren’t selling and were sitting on dealer lots in the US.
