- $625 LPO added to my 1100 status order. I don't know if there will be any labor charge yet, it may be built into the new car price. 0.6 hours labor according to my salesman, so not a big deal either way.

If so, I guess that means we need to take this to our dealer for install? Seems pretty silly given how simple it is to install.
That's what it says, but I've also seen a difference of 12 vs 36mo depending on who installs. Agree seems pretty ridiculous.

^^^ Awesome!!!
Looks like fun.
Ben, is that a slightly ported LT5 95mm TB?
Any flow numbers?
With the GM airbox, does it use the stock intake tube?
Will you be doing separate dyno comparisons for both the ported TB and GM airbox?

Thanks for sharing the info.

From Chevrolet website:

Warranty

The greater of either the balance of the vehicle's bumper to bumper warranty or 12 months / 12,000 miles.

Ben, does it look like the front of the blower has room for a larger TB, like maybe 110mm?

Def room, but 103 is the only available and the PCM isn't unlocked yet. Were in the process of a handheld tuner though

So far, I'm pleased with this intake, but more so with the exhaust!

Supercharger whine is a little more prominent, not as much as removing the silencers in the air bridge, but we will have a full replacement tube for this airbox shortly too.

I'm not sure if you guys are making your own tube for this air box but if you're looking for a pre made one, Edelbrock sells one as part of there supercharged kit.

I’m sure one of the TB manufacturers can build one to fit once the ECM is unlocked.
