Because it ain’t going anywhere. It’s all speculation but there is a trend with this 7th generation and it’s non existing ring times. Imagine how long the wait is for the mid-engine time. Hell the C6 Z06 and C6 ZR1 both went twice to the Ring with published times, maybe it’s time for us to swallow that GM ain’t riding the Ring times bandwagon anymore. Just the usual validation for their suspension and future calibrations.

GM clearly hasn't run < 7 so they're not releasing the time. Just like they never released a time for the Stingray or C7Z.

Thank you! Whether or not they have a time and just not publishing it is another story.

This is pure embarrassment and if I were CF admins, I would actually put an article in front page about what a **** show this has been and how tarnished corvette’s image has become so maybe that bad publicity gets GM out of their comfort zone and do something.

That's the common sense approach but in today's world, if you don't like something, BAN IT.

FBI! Some guys on here like to take themselves way more seriously than I do. If they would put all that power into a prediction we could just All be drinking Their hooch, as they've put it.

What does that have to do with ANYTHING? Only current or potential ZR1 buyers can have an interest in a Corvette being in a very small group of true super cars based on their "ring" time?

That's like saying we shouldn't support the CR vettes in competition unless your cars are yellow.

Well damn, I guess I better stop watching football then, I'll never own the Pittsburgh Steelers, and I'm now too old to try out for the team. Guess I'm going to have to burn it all then.

Careful now, you might hurt someone's delicate feelings on this forum by asking Tadge to come out of his 'safe space' and face the music.

Rain and fog was so bad I couldn't see anything on your posted video.

How can anyone expect Tadge to get in a run by having to drive under those horrible conditions.

they has a picture perfect day two weeks ago and gave up their track time to Porsche (who by the way ran under 7) why do you think they did that?

VW was kicking Butt. Any time was to be contested realtime, and later.
A pressured Ringtime definitely is not in GM's wheelhouse with this.

Are you watching the same video I am? Weather was pretty great today at the Nordschleife, cloudy with temps hovering around 55*-60*.
