Not to start an argument about wheels and I don’t have a dog in the fight. I really dislike the look of chrome wheels on this car, but I also really dislike the look of black wheels just as much. I have felt for a long time that a variation of comp gray on the C7 is much needed, kicked up a notch from from the C6 generation. I have no idea why black got so dominate as I really think they look like *** as much as chrome does. I would pull black wheels off and have them refinished in a gray with a high luster comp gray myself if I had them. To the point though, I like everything else about this car and very happy it was chosen.

I'm glad to see the comments! 60 yo gezzer here. Love the chrome, thought the blue was admiral blue,and I'll take geezer over pants on the ground, skinny jeans, man buns, fart cans and civic without hubcaps looking blackhole butthole looking wheels.....IMO ..... I saw on here a wheel co that had bronze black gloss wheels those looked good IMO

Absolutely right and I should have added that. Doesn’t look right “to me” and that’s my opinion. After all, it’s all about opinions right? We all got one. 
I sure won’t put anyone else down for wanting them or GM for producing them. I just wouldn’t ever have them on my own car, nor would I ever want black either.

Did any of you see that 2019 ZO6 appearance package with the black chrome wheels? Patriot chev I believe on YouTube . Nice looking option...

Love that a Corvette ZR1 was chosen to be the 2018 Indy Pace Car... and this one looks great!
