Default ZR1 Wing Adjustment/ Removal Tool

Hitting multiple tracks and need to adjust the wing angle? Taking the ZTK to the drag strip and want the wing off?

There is a socket driver needed for this. To get this driver asap, PM us.

ZTK or Low-wing ZR1 and no matter the reason, having it in the tool box is recommended.

There are other threads mentioning a whole assortment of sockets for less and just one for a fraction of this cost. Is there something different about yours that it would be so much more $$?

Condescending tones for what reason?

The comments are shades of: "There's an assortment of aftermarket car parts on the internet for a fraction of the cost compared to premium brands".

We choose to offer a quality product line and cannot make an accurate comparison to products we are not familiar with and do not recommend.
PM us if you want to see the list price on this unit and understand this is not a profit item. This is listed as courtesy for access and attainability.

Shop where you prefer, and get the parts or tools you are comfortable with. Freedom to shop alternative outlets is a choice, go ahead.

I don’t think I was condescending in any way I was asking a legitimate question about your product, if I came off as such I apologize.

I would submit that your tone was not exactly the most customer friendly.

Thanks for your reply.

No tones on the internet. It is mostly perception. Being a curious and savvy customer is always proper. However, this post does not need criticism. The prices on our products and services are upfront and honest.

This product is a top tier socket and is backed by us. It will fit and work repeatedly. We are more than willing to offer it list cost to anyone in the area wanting to pick them up from our facility. Unfortunately, to ship insured, it costs a few extra.

Funny how the price was listed yesterday, and now it's not. The post where another user said where to get the same tool for 1/10th the price is also gone.

That's the kind of thing that will stick in my mind when I'm deciding where to spend my money.

When my ZR1 is built (hopefully sooner rather than later) I’ll consider this purchase....thanks.

Were you the vendor making the aluminum tube for the GM cold air intake box?

Not the same tool/part number or unit. Price is posted clear as day in the website link. Please compare all our prices. Thanks.

Agreed. It should be included with the vehicle since it is meant to adjust on the ZTK.

I deleted my post because my tone sucked and it wasn't fair to the vendor.

Just ordered mine, thanks for making this a convenience instead of chasing down the snap on truck!

Search for “star security torx bit” on amazon, google, etc and you find plenty of options.
