Default ZR1 floor mats

Does anyone make some nice ZR1 floor mats? Ones to fit the 2019 model year that is.

I've been looking ever since I got mine several weeks ago, and no one seems to have them. As a matter of fact it is really have to find any accessories with the new ZR1 logo. I've found a few like shirts and hats, but it's very limited.

I did buy a ZR1 hat from Amazon.

i liked the engine covers that American Car Craft made for my Z06 and called them about similar covers for the ZR1. They said the new covers were in the works when I first called them. They said give us a month. So over a month and a half later I called again and got the same reply. When I pointed that out to them they essentially said they would let me know, if and when the new covers were ready.

i liked that one posting in the general section where the guy showed his new under the hood parts and said he had also gotten new floor mats, front and back?! I asked him to please post a photo of his rear mats.

Makes me think of my Z06 license plate cover. Making me wonder about a ZR1 license plate cover.

It usually takes a few weeks before GM releases the logo for aftermarket items. If you've purchased items on Amazon or Ebay, be sure to check to see if it's the C7 ZR1 logo!

Steven,

The ZR1 is NOT a new car. They have had ZR1s before. The 2019 is the latest one!!! The last ZR1 made about 635 HP.

Exactly, that's why he said to make sure it's the C7 ZR1 logo, not the C6 ZR1 logo! They are not the same. I suspect about all you'll find is the C6 stuff right now.

I plead guilty to ignorance. What is the difference between the C6 and C7 logo?!

I expect I'll be going with Cocomats once I get my ZR1. Their quality and fitment have been excellent in my M5. I don't know yet, but will be asking, if they make a matching trunk mat too.

One thing is if you look the back of the "R" on the C7 ZR1 logo is not there. The line for the R on the C6 is there.

^^^ That is correct! It's just like the C6 versus C7 crossed flags....small differences, but important !!!

The Z06 I have now is my first Corvette so I'm obviously ignorant of the fact that the logo changes. Now I know better. Just the stupidity of a first time Corvette owner. I guess when my ZR1 comes in I'll have to take a hard look at the logo.

No worries about that, we all had to learn. Congrats on the Z06 ownership and the pending ZR1!

When I see congratulations offered to a new car owner I'm often thinking why the congratulations, all the guy did was plunk down his money and but a car, BUT in the case of the ZR1, well that was a tough car to get so I DO feel like congratulations are in order. I tried to buy the car from two dealers here, in my area, both were tacking on an additional $30,000. I couldn't afford to pay that!! And the one dealer had sold all their allocations, at $30,000 over MSRP by the time I called. So it took some searching to find a dealer willing to sell the car at MSRP. I guess some people have a lot more money than I do to really throw away $30,000!!!

Do you ever offer congratulations on a new baby when all they had to do was . . . well you get the idea. To a lot of us, Corvette ownership is something much more than just buying "a car".

I had a 2011 Shelby GT500 and when I drove that car I got a few compliments (just sold it last week in preparation of getting the ZR1). BUT the Z06 is something else. I have people chasing me down the road so they can give me a thumbs up or a lady chasing me around a WaWa store so she could tell me how much she liked the car. So the Z06 sure gets a lot more attention. But the Shelby was black while the Z06 is white. I would imagine the white is more eye catching. Also I had the black areas painted white (spoiler, rear bottom of the car, etc.) and to me it looks much better than a black and white paint scheme. I also added a view through hood like the old ZR1s had though no one seems to notice it that much. Anyway I wonder what kind of attention the ZR1 will bring. I ordered it in white also but without the track package as I don't plan on tracking the car. I can't drive that well so I would probably wreck it on the track.

Correct as well as the “1” being in a blue outline rather than solid blue....subtle but important differences...

The weather tech are the most practical . . . but for looks you'll probably have to wait
