Contact Al Hinds at Guelph's Barry Cullen's dealership. He moves a lot of vettes and seems to get allocations for whatever your heart desires - or he will flat out tell you he can't and won't string you along for 1.5 years.

In two years you ll be able to buy one for $100 000.Just look at the c7 Z06 they are going for peanuts here in montreal.Very bad resale value.Funny thing is the c6 z06 and zr1 have much better resale value than C7 z06..Too many c7 vettes produced and dealers are stuck with them.In my opinion once the c8 comes out even the c7 Zr1 will tank in value.

really don't think it works like that and pretty sure just two years you won't find one for 100k. C7 Z06 is a very bad example and doesn't say anything about the value of the ZR1. There's always been something special/collectible about the ZR1 that's what people in the future will go after, that would be the case especially in Canada because the number is limited. Z06s are not limited in any way, you walk into any Chevy dealer and you can find a bunch and you are free to order one anytime but the ZR1 is a completely different story, only a select few dealers can get like 1-5 allocations per production cycle and some you can't even order them the way you want. Of course the C6 Z06 & ZR1 will have higher value right now because non of them are available anymore... it's not a hard concept, C7 Z06 you can find anywhere and production numbers are way higher than C6s... therefore in the next generation those with limited production/hard to find models will hold value much better, aka C6s and the ZR1s.

Also C8 will be a completely different corvette, moving to mid engine & maybe dropping manual & using a dohc engine meaning its more generic like all the other supercars available today, there is guaranteed loss of heritage and tradition no matter what they try when they change these core things. The C7 ZR1 as the last of its kind will become the special last front engine push rod V8 and those with a manual will be more special, so maybe in a few years out it won't show but in the long term, cars like this will become quite rare and a good addition to any car collector.

First let me thank you for you efforts to help.

Unfortunately I an buried in the car. I paid 6k over and CA taxes of 15k. I am willing willing to discuss options with you, however I am unwilling to take a 20k loss for 1400 miles. had to have it but oh my gosh, what a mistake . . .

I have added the pilots, chev zr1 cover, the service has been done. Please lets give it chance. Id love to deliver it to ON.
