Very cool! Keith was nice enough to ask before he used the pictures and video which was totally fine by me.

Also, I should give a shout out to etechphotos who were the photographers that took the shot. They photograph most of the Summit Point events and always do a great job.

All my track experience was in momentum cars that had maybe 250 HP. I cannot imagine driving a street car at a race car pace.

Equally or more sketchy is the OP's vid of the dope entering a hot track. Go check that out---- jumping is one thing, but an idiot jumping in front of you entering the track when your up in speed is another...

Way to go, Poor-sha, for demonstrating the super car abilities of the greatest Corvette produced.

👍👍👍

So it would prep itself by changing the shocks to deal with the landing.

I'd assume the Corvette has something similar in it.
My Gen5 Camaro ZL1 had this same "airborne event" technology. I am not certain if it carried on to later generation or the Corvette models. Would be interesting to find out if the tech that slows wheel spin to forward speed is present in our C7s.

Sean,

Having raced both, what is your estimate of the time difference between the ZO6 and the ZR1 around the Ring?

I don't have enough experience with the Ring to offer an educated opinion on the overall lap time delta.

What is the greatest time difference you have found and the length of that track?
