We’ll be in Mykonos about 4 days before the start. Driver registration and car prep a couple days before the start, beach party all day the day before the flag drops. We start in Mykonos, ferry ride to mainland Greece then to Athens for a larger starting ceremony then away we go.

I believe it’s 50,000 pounds for 2019...so whatever that is in US dollars these days. I can’t believe anyone would pay money to drive a car in rally and all they get is a hotel room at each stop.
What a fun event to do......I have the required driving talent but not the liver capacity to keep up with this party crowd. How these guys get up every morning after the parties they have every night is beyond me. I guess if you never go to bed you don't have to worry about getting up, lol.

There are some ZR1's registered in Germany. You can get a registration with an individual approval by the TUEV (The organisation who approves cars or not to be street legal) but that will not apply to you since you will be there with an US registration.

Thanks, the car is already on the way actually. Shipped in a 40ft container with another Gumball car out of Houston. Didn’t want to risk shipping with a Roll On/Roll Off option as I’ve heard tons of horror stories about the cars being mishandled by port workers... Should arrive in London May 15 then consolidated with a bunch of Gumball cars for enclosed truck transport to Greece from there. Should see the car June 6 in Mykonos
Arrived in Mykonos yesterday and the beast was waiting on me. Lots of nice cars this year, multiple Bugatti’s, Pagani roadster, Koenigsegg, etc. can’t wait to get on the road starting Sunday!
Geez, a f-ing new Supra got more video time than the ZR1.

I suffered through the video, one of the worst one I ever saw. The idiot kept apologizing for the wind, he should work on his camera skills. Very irritating to say the least. I bet HTXSkydiver will provide much better coverage than that clown.
