Spring Mountain, who is going/when?

i didn’t know that was an option, but would be cool. I’m sure all their instructors are good though.
i hope to be paired with someone that has a lot of track experience, with and without professional instruction. I Have found with other courses, who you are paired with has a lot to do with the total experience. A professional that just happen to buy a ZR1 and taking a free class would be ideal. But not likely.

Lol. That would be fun but you would be getting cheated compared to the quality of their instructors. Those guys are really top notch and I can't wait to go myself. Mike Furman is supposed to be scheduling an entire ZR1 class for his customers in March and that is the one I plan on attending.
Does anyone know what course configuration they are using for the ZR1 school and is it consistently the same? When I took L1 is was on the Cadillac (East/West?) course, L2 was on the longer North/South course.

January 5-6 too. They ran out of autos for the rest of the classes so I get to drive a stick.
See you guys out there and have a safe trip...

Cadillac Performance School is on the 1.5 mile West Track (Yellow Classrom).
Stingray and Z06 Corvette Owners Schools are held on what’s available (sometimes the 2.2 mile North South, sometimes the 1.5 mile West and sometimes the 2.1 mile East Track (White Classroom.).
The Level 1 Three Day I believe is always on the 2.2 mile North South and the Level 2 course is held on the 2.4 mile North South which is extended by adding the “bus stop” and “the carousel”.

You won’t be “paired” with anyone. Ratio is @ 2 instructors for each student... class sizes around 12 students... our class had 7 instructors, but even those changed slightly between the two days. The beauty of their system is you’ll get input from a range of instructors, each of whom has their own unique backgrounds, qualifications and experiences. Some were dirt track racers, some NASCAR Truck series, one is an ex Indy Car winner, some have motorcycle backgrounds. It’s a wealth of knowledge and it’s very well presented.
Go with an open mind... forget what you thought you knew about driving... listen and learn. You’ll get better and faster every time out.

When I booked the class, the rep asked me a few questions about my experience ‘so they could pair me with someone with a like skill level.’ I have no experience with the spring mountain group. All I have to go off of is their reps and forum information.
