maybe supplier parts availability? only thing that makes sense. the exposed carbon pieces and needing to have existing cars have parts replaced probably put the supplier behind even further. just a guess..

I feel for you brother! I just kept my eyes pealed for people giving up an allocation. I missed several opportunities in the past but saw this one and jumped on it and luckily it paid off. Hoping yours will come through soon my friend.

I ordered 8/23 and got a TPW about 7-10 days later. TPW scheduled 10/8. I was quoted 8-10 weeks but if they build it next week and ship it out I may get it in 7 weeks. If you have an order in the system and it doesn't get picked up in a week or so then the dealer does not have an allocation.

That's not true, I have contacted GM twice by phone to verify and question my status along with numerous chats and I was told by phone this week that the car will be built andthe dealer has allocations. It is in line for production but has no TPW.
Its a Blade Silver.3ZR with M7. Dealer also has shown me his allocations (3) and one has been delivered. I am #2. But I will admit that the process is frustrating.

Falcon bro. That’s incorrect. At my last dealership I was th only allocation and I ordered back in Feb. I had them produce the screen shot of the 1 allocation they had which I attached. So dealerships have allocations but it’s not as simple as if a dealership has an allocation and you place the order that it will be picked up right away.

That says estimated.. means nothing.. I had a dealer that had the same thing that i do a lot of business with and they told me the rep told them, they will probably not get the car... Just sayin

I learned this from a reputable dealer who received the estimated allocations that was listed on that sheet. Not to mention I’ve seen the same from another dealer who received what was on his print out. The dealership I got this from was told they would get 1 allocation at the beginning of the year just like the others. The printout is the best determination of what a dealer has...just sayin

I don't believe that is correct information, SnakePit. Let me tell you why

I put my order in on an available allocation 3 weeks ago and got a build week today...same week as D'ZR1 Messiah

I went through hell with another (smaller) dealer who said they had an available allocation. 3 months after ordering the code was still code 1100 - Order received by GM but not accepted.

I had stayed on a long ZR1 order wait-list with a dealer I bought my Z51 from that exceeded their allocations. But he called me 3 weeks ago to told me I was next on the delivery list. I dumped the dealer who was not telling me the truth and wanted more than MSRP anyway and activated the order with my big reputable regular dealer.

That was the middle of last month. Today I got a December production week. 3 weeks from order to TPW. So - I ordered last month and got a TPW yesterday.

You should have heard the crying at the dealer who was not telling me everything (read: the truth) after I stopped by and asked for my 5-figure deposit back.

While I don't know whether this is really what is happening or just pilot-logic based on my experience - but I am thinking when the dealers get their allocations there is also a production date/month associated with it. And that's something they do not include in their conversation with you.

I wish you good luck SnakePit, but if I were you I'd start looking at putting together a plan B real soon....

Repo-Pilot (the real one).

Not my experience. It was about 6 or 7 weeks before I got confirmation of TPW.
