We would like to introduce the newest carbon parts we make for C7. It's the C7 ZR1 Carbon Front Grille Package.

The ZR1 has lots carbon parts from factory but the Front Grille is still plastic. So if you upgrade these grilles to carbon then your front end is complete. You can make a statement to your ZR1.

The package has 5 pcs total --- Center Grille, Left Grille, Right Grille & Two Side Wrap Around Pcs.

All the visible area at the Grille are carbon. On the Center Grille, even the camera housing is carbon too. We have similar carbon grille for Z06 and our customers say it's like piece of art work.

Since you require a core I deduce that these are factory pieces you wrap with CF. Correct?

Yes. This is the only way to make it.

-Well, no. You could pull molds and cast it. That's how an OEM would do it. Expensive setup though, and tricky for that shape of part.
