got a little money in retailing, got a little money in manufacturing, got a little money in oil field diving, got a little money in air traffic with the FAA - spent a LOT of money on airplanes, motorcycles, boats and racecars. At 65 I still don't know what
i want to do when I grow up.

It definitely took a lot of time and sacrifice to get here. A lot of people I knew criticized me for going through 8 years of schooling after high school but it all definitely paid off. Not too shabby to be able to buy a 150k+ car at 31 years old.
I wouldn't criticize you for going to school an extra 8 years to make dentist money but holy ****. You are in for a world of hurt if you don't have trust fund or some other revenue stream. I could buy a lambo with your student loan payment I would imagine

I would say your an investor and get large payout upon a sale then buy your ZR1 or two or three z06's instead! Career? who wants or pays more than 2k a month for car?
Quite silly in my book! Cars are cash sale stuff pretty much every thing when you retire.

Student loan payment is less than $1500 a month and it will be forgiven in 19 years. I already have a plan to pay the tax bomb when it hits.
