I got my dealer's one allocation in December, 2017. Just cooling my heels since then, but as I have a '12 ZR1, I was not impatient, that one is still loads of fun to drive and I will miss it.

I need to correct the date I got the allocation and placed the order, it was December 2017, not last month. At the time, since they had only one allocation and were not expecting any more, he said he had no idea when it would happen. But he has kept me up to date over the time, informed me of the TPW, and I have been a regular visitor to the Chevy Chat room asking too.

Does anyone know how the allocation process is currently working? It used to be that dealers knew on the third Thursday of the month whether their allocation was going to be picked up. I got the idea that that had changed and they now knew at the beginning of the month if their allocation would be picked up that month? I've been waiting since Feb. 2018 with an order placed with my dealer that says they had three total allocations with one being built already leaving mine and another guy.

Ha! That depends. Currently we have about a foot of snow on the ground that has been here since just after Xmas, and low temps well below zero some nights, so it will be here a while longer. Having lived in Houston, I do miss the warm winters.......
