Default Homemade jack pucks

I made jacking pucks for my C6 with eye screws and hockey pucks. Im thinking the ZR1 aero needs more clearance. anyone out there double up the pucks (screw or bolt them together). Is the keyway slot in the chassis the same on a c7 as a c6? Or suggestions for ones to buy and where. Thx.

don’t know specifics regarding the zr1 aero but I made a set exactly as you describe for my c6z06 and they work just fine in my c7z. The slots they fit in seem to be in a similar location on both cars.

I've had no problems with single pucks and full length side skirts on my Z51. I don't think the ZR1 is any lower in that area. I can get my Quickjack with the rubber blocks and the pucks under the car just fine.

Reverse Logic makes double thick, Delrin jacking pucks. I use them on my 2012 ZO6 all the time.
