Made an exterior mod so what’s up, smash or pass

You won't find one on mine. However in the unfortunate event of a breakdown are these usable for the flatbed?

I have one in my Z06, but I just keep the one for the ZR1 in the rear compartment in case I ever need it. Hope not.

I installed Weapon X’s tall **** brackets. I know it’s not for everyone (which is okay) but I’m diggin it.

this thread is funny..(in a good way). I studied the pic for 15 min and couldn’t see what you did but was embarrassed to ask. The folks who did respond saw the tow hook. Haha. So you know they must not be “ugly” cause we could’t see them. Haha. Send side view and rear pic.

Yea, I think the tall bracket raises it about 2 inches but honestly it’s hard to tell.
I’m thinking of pulling the tow hook off, it looked good on the Z06 but not so much on the ZR1.

Wing mounts look great! Agree 100% about the tow hook (taking it off, that is....)

.. just my 2cents but think the tow hooks add to the overal “message”. Mine are staying on.. I did buy black (Wat Gln Gr) car but would have bought blue to match calipers if they were avail and didn’t care enough to get them painted that color afterwards. Now that they are on, black is probably a better choice for my car anyway. Now add 5 inch white numbers on your rear windows like the SM cars and you can pull onto a track anytime. Haha.

. Spot on. keep in mind that track workers are paid to clear things up ASAP so as get the track “green” as quickly as is safely possible. That doesn’t ususlly mean taking pains to hook you up in a way thats the most “pain free” for your ride. Best to give them an easily accessable hook recepticle that wont result in unnecessarily adding $thousands to your misfortune.

Yea, it would be nice to catch up with you. Just let me know when you are planning on hitting one up.

.. after laying on my back and spending 40 min adjusting and re-adjusting anchor points to pull my Callaway (***-end first) up a tiltbed so as not to crush my exhaust pipes when my PCM failed a couple years back, mine are staying on. Good luck popping the rear hook receiver cover with a trim tool and threading the hook in the dark on the side of the road. And let road dirt and bugs clog up the threads of the receiver in the front with that one off too. They are barely noticible anyway... side note: THE FRONT CAMERA VIEW IS NOT OBSTUCTED AT ALL FROM THE HOOK. Theres a 5 ft wide wing on the back: WHO’s EVEN LOOKING AT THE TOW HOOK?
