Something’s not right dude. Shoot a video of you turning the **** clockwise and then the dash.

OKAY...snakepit is not crazy. His car was running and we tried switching modes, rotating the magic **** back & forth.
Owners Manual was open....we were looking at all three different dash displays.
But switching modes showed no change in display. Perhaps time for dealer review or ECU flash at 500 mile break in service ?

Is the exhaust changing levels?
Looks like the indicator at the bottom of the dash is changing.
I suspect the dash does not match the mode. I actually changed mine to track mode only for the dash.
He may want to go in ands do a reset of user settings.

So.., your selector is working just fine... shows T then S then Tr exactly as it should. Your issue is that your screen format is set to a specific format instead of changing with the mode selection.
Go into the settings section on the steering wheel.., find display settings and change it from Sport to Change With Modes

It was always “working”... just not working the way you wanted it to. I personally leave my Display set for Track mode... so no matter what mode I deal in my suspension, my screen display format stays in “Track” layout all the time... just my preference. Some people like it to change with the dialed suspension setting... it’s up to you... now you know how.
The same ability exists to fix the setting on your exhaust... or have it change with your dialed suspension choice... that setting is found in the settings area of your Center console screen.
