Thanks, is there a source or article that states that the #'s are SAE certified?
Ford just announced the GT500 engine #'s and I'm trying to find out also if their #'s are SAE certified.

Aren't those dyno pulls outsourced to a third party for verification nowadays?

If the engine data is "SAE certified" then it has been witnessed according to J1349.
