Drifting
Deb, just had my car realigned. Change all toe from toe out to toe in. Car is much more solid on the street. The hard part is finding someone who knows what they are doing and willing to take the time it takes to get it right. I use Apex Alignment in South FLA. He is a race car driver/instructor and specialists in alignment.
My new spec are.
FRONT:
Camber -1.2
Caster 7.5
Toe In .5mm
REAR:
Camber -1.2
Caster .8
Toe In .5mm

I have heard that the dealers don't know how to do the rear. In my area we don't have much other choice. My question does anyone know of anyone within 300 miles of Huntsville Al. that can do the this Alignment correctly.

Bob, Thanks so much! Good reason for a road trip when I get back to Florida, but should be done ASAP as I need new tires.

As said above there are many dealerships that do not know how to, or can not do it correctly, also many simpley do not have the rear tool needed to do a 4 wheel alignment on a new Corvette, there were some posts on the C7 Z06 section on this subject

I'd recommend having alignment done BEFORE new tires, so your alignment guy/gal can also assess tire wear + "tweak" recommended alignment settings.

How come other cars are not so sensitive to toe alignment? Why is Corvette any different?
Including race cars (such as cup cars) with monoball suspension, I have never seen/heard BMW/Porsche/Viper/Mustang having this problem. Is there a corvette specific part/design that creates this problem?
