A Collector recently paid $2,700,000 for the LAST Z06 at Auction...and he has to wait a month or so for delivery...This Store has 5 in stock at msrp and likely Corvette Loyalty discount ($3000) if you qualify...and the ZR1 production is almost over...meaning these cars are a bargain...In a sense, think of all the money that you can save and drive the ZR1 on Monday...
Five to choose from...with 8 speed automatics...so very easy to drive and enjoy in town or out in the country, and on the track...I hope five lucky folks snap these ZR1s up and enjoy them.

i think they'll fly out the door after the C8 reveal. no matter how many people love the ME car, they'll be as many looking for a new FE car once they turn the faucet off.. i know i am one of them lol.
that's a pretty cool sight right there..

I wonder what percentage of ZR1s were ordered with the A8 and how many M7? I'm gonna guess the latter was a higher percentage than in the general population of C7s.

I purchased my 2013 C6 ZR1 new for around $110K, well below the MSRP of $127K . It was a C6 and everyone wanted the new C7
Will history repeat itself?

I agree.
This is a different story than before.
Last of the FE cars. I think everything above a grandsport is going to be sought after.
It is that weird scenario where as many new enthusiasts come to ME versions of this car, the last FE is going to appeal to those who dont want an ME. I know people who own both and it's the same story for both cars. The ME to make ana appearance somewhere but the FE car for every other occasion and all trips.
Having a ZR1 is the pinnacle of that having your cake and eating it too.
If I were retired when this whole thing kicked off i would have purchased a ZR1 saying "F it". But it happened 12 years too soon... so Z06 it is... again. Just cant turn 100k msrp for 87k ordered from the factory.

Yes, but there are around 300 new ZR1’s still sitting on showroom floors.
Dealers are starting to crack on pricing as we get closer to 7/18. It’s like the stock market. Once something is shorted, it’s every man for himself.
Dealers that wait too long to sell these remaining cars will end up with hardly any margin. They could sell them now for a small discount compared to what’s coming.
Its like buying electronics “after” Christmas. Those who wait get a better deal. Those who buy early pay a premium.
