My first Corvette picked up a 2025 E-Ray in March, 4500 miles on her already. Love the Black/White combo. Only issue so far has been the door locking mechanism has failed and I need to open the window to reach outside the car to open the door !!! Ridiculous….. but what a sweet ride !! Am I expecting too much from an American 🇺🇸 built car ?!?!

You mean the latch on the floor doesn't work?

Im sure the latch on the floor works ( at least I hope so ) but honestly I thought it was there for emergency use only ie dead battery or fire and was actually a one time use; pull the latch get out but then need to see the dealer to reset. Thanks to you and a few others that have explained that it’s reusable!! What’s gone bad is the round button you depress that activates the locking mechanism to open the latch. Is it too much to expect a car of this level of sophistication to have a reliable mechanism?? I guess I’ll be calling McMulkin and arranging for the extended warranty before my one year anniversary lol 😂

There is no such thing as perfect. If the worst issue you ever have with this car is a bad button, you’ve won the metaphorical lottery.

Mine came without the Carbon Flash Accents. (See last picture)
Thankfully my dealer stepped up and made it right.
I was able to have the front splitter painted CFlash, and Front Radiator Guards installed while the front bumper was off at no extra charge. Left the badges off as well.
Really completed the look.
