Of course, this is the era of the ugliest Impala/Malibu in history as the now infamous "Vehicle Line Engineers" weren't worried with the actually salability of the product, just that the car came in under budget (gimme that BONUS). You can thank the C6's crappy interior for that also, BTW.
Thing about the AzteK is that there are worse looking cars on the road now. It was a timing issue.

True. The new Civic (yikes), the new Prius (Darth Vader called, he wants his helmet back), the Nissan Juke (I think they meant to use an "O" instead of a "U"), the Toyota Miraj (thankfully, only Californians have to look at it), etc...Compared to the above, the Aztek ain't half bad.

My aunt had one. Hated how it looked but loved the utility of it. Lots of room and a flat floor. Very practical.

She could have bought it's sister, the Buick Rendezvous. Way better looking but with the same utility.

They were designed entirely different, on purpose, for two different markets.

Hard to believe that the two cars had the same parents.

After GM flushed the Aztek down the toilet, they kept the Rendezvous in production for a while longer, as it was selling.

Funny you mention that. She actually traded the Aztec in for a rendezvous after like 2-3 years!

Refined, finished, unveiled car used as stance against in-development mule, with test gear, excessive camo, and extra padding all over to hide details.... Solid argument!

You could argue () that 1985 is in disagreement with JMLS' opinion. And predicts that by publicly disagreeing, it will lead to an argument. He therefore presents the premise that you cannot fairly compare a production vehicle's design characteristics with an in development vehicle that is covered in camouflage specifically to hide any design characteristics.

Sounds like a reasonable argument to me...

Fair enough, I'll give it was your opinion, although I feel the methods you use to form your opinion are poor. Polished product used as premise for why an In development product is unsatisfactory. To each their own. I humbly accept my pleb status while I wait for the finished product.

I appreciate that comment. Thank you. Some people on here really like to put me through the fire. Hahahaha. I'll be up against much tougher than these guys in the future. Any fire I come up against will just make me shine brighter.

I've been away for a week. I was going to respond to some of this trivial nonsense last Sunday night, but the concert shooting happened. This is relatively insignificant to so many people being hurt and killed.

And I like to get away every once in a while. I can't always respond to every little thing on here. I haven't even read everything that was said about me in this thread yet. I'll go read it now and see if I want to make any comments.

Nice photo absolutely beautiful scenery. Looks like a great place to get away from it all! I am jealous I live in FL and everything is flat and no scenery even close to the beautiful mountains and stream in your photo.

Thanks for sharing!!

If I was you, I would do something more entertaining (like grabbing your fly rod and head out to that stream).

Awesome photo, and you should spend your spare time photographing nature's beauty, instead of wasting your time trying to design automobiles.
