the big question IS::: Of all the car makers that test new models in Camo, how long do they take to hit the streets. When they are at the point of Rolling around getting spotted everywhere and they are given permission to take 2 to Micky D's.. Is my thinking orders opening of july/Aug ish 2018 to quick? I see the post of people proud to get a vett now.. but to me thats crazy with whats around the corner.

Th problem is, we really don't know what's around the corner, how far away that corner is, or how much it will cost.

The C7 will continue unchanged for 2019, but the fact that they are starting production in January may be an indication that something else coming....and it ain't that far away.

That's what I'm seeing. I would venture to say the picture of the car in the drive through is the Caddy. Wouldn't that be a kick in the *** if the Caddy looked better than the Vette? At least then people would have a reason to bitch about something.

Maybe the trip to mcdonalds in the mid engine corvette was ordered by GM....

Usually car manufactures supply the magazines with the spy photos ....

Many people believe it is a planned and staged release of information and pictures..

It's all a conspiracy, they are working with McDonalds to sell mcnuggets and Corvettes. Thank god for targa tops or many of you wouldn't be able to drive with your tin foil hats on.

if you compare these 2 pictures, you might get an approximation of what the real car could look like. aside from the hips of the yellow car, the proportions of the 2 are very similar.

i will be ecstatic if the new car is this good looking.

I think GM wants you to make that conclusion. At least I hope that is the case. I believe we will be surprised by the ME's exterior design and although it will easily be identified as a Corvette, it will set a new standard moving forward. The interior as well.

IMO not even close except in proportions.

I honestly don't know why the majority think the new car will look like a rehashed C7,that's all this yellow car is. The best picture yet is the latest picture and that car looks production ready.

It won't look like a C7...it doesn't make sense from a marketing POV.
