I'm not a big fan of teasers, because they're designed to do just that...TEASE.
Instead, give me some hard info....and I don't need to see the car just yet either.

Their teaser pictures are sure to cause mass confusion around here. Remember this picture? There were lengthy arguments over whether this was a front wheel or rear wheel

Haha! I remember that. Good ol days! I miss those little teasers creeping up to the release but right now nothing from the General, other than the cars running around of course.

Debut in Detroit in 2019 - 2020 Model Year. This has been the plan since (at least) 2014.

There it is !!! 750hp before or after EPA testing. Remember the ZO6 was initially reported to have 620hp or 625hp if I remember right.

I think non car people could easily think it's a corvette with a goofy wing on it.

Actually, that's a pretty good idea..."heartbeat of America" and all.

Like the guy I happen to randomly park next to at a weekend car show awhile back....He had a 95 corvette....After chit chatting a bit here and there, he goes--I notice the rear of your corvette is wider than mine...

I said to myself, really dude?

Default No C8 ZR1 for awhile

The C4 ZR-1 came out toward the end of the C4 model years.

The C6 ZR1 came out toward the end of the C6 model years.

The C7 ZR1 will come out toward the end of the C7 model years.

The C8 ZR1 will come out toward the end of the C8 model years.

I had a C4 ZR-1, have a C6 ZR1, will probably have a C7 ZR1 and hope to live long enough in good health to get a C8 ZR1.

It makes no sense for GM to come out with their top dog at the start of a new model. It would be absolute nonsense to introduce the ME C8 in the ZR1 trim. Where would you go from there??
