I even like the front. Edgy and distinctive. Looks Vette enough to me. I wonder about high-speed aero, but I'm thinking Aria must have considered that...
Okay ARIA just unveiled their mid engine corvette thing, and its absolutely a monster, like P1 or Koenigsegg competing monster. Its pretty safe to assume this as a hypercar. At this point though I think its an entirely different machine than the mid engine vette. Only 400 will be made and its a hybrid:
Supercharged 6.2 Liter v8
10 kWh along with twin electric motor on front axle
1160 hp (720 hp engine 540 hp motor)
1316 pound feet of torque
3450 Pounds
all-wheel drive
220 MPH TBC
What's strange though is that its 0 to 60 is 3.1 secs... I mean thats quick but its not awd 1000 hp hybrid quick so im going out with a limb and guess they meant 2.1 sec (the regular "fast eddy" does it in 2.6 sec with half the hp)
The Aria Concept uses cut down C7 tailights. When several of us met at the LA Auto Show yesterday, we mussed that some of its styling cues could portend parts of the ME.
