2020 C8 - Mid Engine Corvette - best guess renderings

Wouldn’t be surprised ,if it would look a little more like that Ferrari concept, then all the other c8 renderings combined.
All the other renderings seem to have missed some of that chiseled Americana design.....maybe a little retro.
With the success they had with the C7,I’m sure they’ll have a few of those elements in the midengin car design.

This is by far the sexiest render I've seen yet. Hood vent is similar to C7pimp's description and I love the side intakes and how the low roofline integrates into the side/back of the car. This thing looks like a Lamborghini and Ferrari cross. Exotic!

I like that rendering except the roof line over the top of part of the windshield. The rest, is excting!

I know this isn't it, but this is the first render I've seen that gets my blood going.

Now for the low price of $3,400,000!
Here's a better angle

It is different but I think I like that part too. Helps further create the sleek, low roofline look (lining up with the side windows) while giving the driver more a more functional view out the windshield.

FVS, we know you are super busy. But we are excitedly awaiting/looking froward to your next rear quarter or rear end rendering when you can!

Yes... Please FVS.... this is a refreshing injection of inspiration vs weeks of components, trans, storage, exhaust sounds, and dwindling C7 value discussions. The vultures await fresh meat.

I was hoping to get some more input from C7pimp. Saw him on the threads last week but no further comments or guidance. Sent him a bunch of emails and questions but no reply yet. Maybe they “silenced him...”
The rear as described by him was pretty close on the MT images. He did not describe a vert version so his info was for the coupe I imagine.
Hoping to get some more tidbits and details for the next round of renders.
Hope some of that camo comes off soon!

I think the Clintons got to him, his random posts in other threads are computer generated. We'll never see the real C7Pimp again

Can they successfully take legal action against him? Or perhaps he did it out of respect for the designers who worked so hard on the car.

Apple has gone full swivel-eyed, control-freak crazy on its own employees with a demented internal memo decrying information leaks.
"In 2017, Apple caught 29 leakers. 12 of those were arrested," says the terror missive from Cupertino, ironically leaked to Bloomberg. "Among those were Apple employees, contractors and some partners in Apple’s supply chain."
It then threatens long-lasting harm to anyone stupid enough to let anyone know anything about its products before, you know, it launches them and tries to sell as many as humanely possible.
"These people not only lose their jobs, they can face extreme difficulty finding employment elsewhere," the letter ranted.
But it's not all Apple employees' fault. No, it's evil journalists that are making them do terrible things.
"In many cases, leakers don’t set out to leak. Instead, people who work for Apple are often targeted by press, analysts and bloggers who befriend them on professional and social networks like LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook and begin to pry for information."

Can they take legal action against him?
Is shooting him in the back of the head with a .22, cutting off his head, arms and legs, then stuffing his pieces into a barrel and burying it in the basement of a burned-house in Detroit, "legal?"

Silly Germans - nice try
I thought the Car&Driver rendering had a fat front hood. This one looks like it has a front and a rear engine

What is interesting though is the odd, octagonal shape of the scoop opening closely maps to the shape of the scoop opening seen in the door--as seen in the open door photos of the prototype.
