Find the main radiator

Find the main radiator
In some of the pictures of the C8 under camo that have been posted, there is a hump on the front hood, but no vent opening. That got me thinking. If the engine radiator is up front (like the GT40), wouldn't there need to be a vent on the hood to allow the hot air to escape? And if the engine radiator is in the rear, would there be enough room? I don't remember exactly how many radiators there are in the ZR1, but there are a lot. Could GM squeeze the engine radiator and all the other radiators in the back and still allow for proper airflow to each? And wouldn't keeping the engine radiator in the front help with the front-to-rear weight distribution?

We have heard from multiple sources that the hood does have a vent or vents of some sort, and we have seen front heat exchangers in multiple CADs from ZERV, and the leaked front bumper suggests that the facia is designed to take in large amounts of air. I’m not an aerodynamicist, but there seems to be an aerodynamic advantage to directing air through the front fascia and out/over the hood(488 pista, every C7, and many racecars incorporate that idea). I find it safe to say that there will be at least one hole in the hood for air to flow through.

C7pimp noted that there were two hood openings, somewhat like the Lotus Exige. Chevy dealer Nate Chandler at the April 4th LV dealers’ meeting, also noted the front hood looked like a Lotus.
After C7pimp’s comments, FVS rendered this.

Aren't there like 13 coolers on the ZR1? I would guess 7 on the base model with the engine behind the driver. Not all for the engine cooling water.

Look Ma no vents, Managed to do it in 1999 and never overheated

My guess is primary cooling, main radiator(s) are going to be at the end of the air management going down the doors into the rear quarter inlets. I think there will be some coolers for various things up front, but GM is going to build the C8 for practicality like the last several generations. I'm sure there is some spec within GM on how much they want to be able to put in the front of a ME Corvette....2 golf bags, so many pieces of luggage....ect.....

2 small rads on the front, air cond in front of the right one, power steering on the left. Right rear upper vent for oil cooler, left fender upper vent for engine air intake. Lots of hoses going from front to back under car.
