That's definitely it.

Rear fascia matches paint shop photo leak. Obviously the fenders are racecar widebody. Rear hatch is interesting... no buttresses for the coupe. Flat for better aero. Wonder if that will be racecar only and the street car will have C3 buttresses on the coupe too.

Air intake on top of rear hatch below area where glass would be?

Love it... very little fender height over the front tire... back to a sleek nose like the C5 vs. the C7 that is so tall due to Euro front pedestrian crash rules.

I wonder if the production version will have a vented front fender as well?

Doubt it... C7-R has the same thing. Lots of new info to be seen, but remember the fenders are designed to the limits of the race class as is the diffusor. The street car will have one, but he rear won't be as "cut off" at the bottom as the racecar.

Damn. I figured it would be September or later before this happened.

This is so 1992. We still have spy "photos" when you could easily have spy "videos". Road America is a monster of a facility, I guarantee 110% you could get video...such a coordinated marketing game all this "spy" sh*t is...lol. Car looks sick though. Gotta admit, I already miss the front engine rumbling beasts that were C5R-C7R though. I hope these things still at least sound beasty so it's still a Corvette at the track. That's one of the best parts of the races...you ALWAYS knew when a C6R or C7R was passing because it was unmistakable.

And notice what looks to be dual exhaust more central in the rear fascia... versus the more outboard quad exhaust on the road IVERs we've seen.

Safety Car
The Z06 should be built on this. GM would lead the way in the track car for road segment. It would be taking a page from Ferrari with "win on Sunday sell on Monday." Other manufacturers don't have this opportunity.
