The car looks better than the sketches. I approve, and am looking forward to the convertible. I can see now how the "coupe" section in the center rear could be removed, and a flat section replacing it with a vertical rear window on the convertible.
GM has made the Corvette better, year after year, Generation after Generation, and I expect nothing less from the C8

I take back saying the horizontal line on the door is NSX-inspired...

Promising! A bit narrow and not aggressive on the width in the rear. A GS/Z06 model would fix that. Hate the wheels but they may not be production wheels. Not sure I like how pointy the nose is.
Hard to say until it's uncovered.

Looks like vents on each side of the rear window, but what is at the bottom of the window? It looks like it is 1 inch wide, runs along the bottom of the window, and it is not exact straight.

Thanks for posting the pics! It's driving me nuts to not be able to see the whole car yet because the photos of it with camo are still not doing much for me yet. Someone rip that camo off! LOL
Based on the location, we should be seeing a good amount of spy photos and track videos soon!

Don't be fooled by the camo in the center of the grill area. There well may be a grill there but it was wrapped for 'aero' on the track. Either way, I'm very 'okay' with the front end. The 'vert' may solve my design concerns about the rear. Am I the only one that thinks the 4 exhaust outlets are TOO SMALL for a performance car???

Not sure what to think. The C8.R had me excited, but from what I can see this doesn’t look as good. Hopefully it’s just the camo, but the design actually looks kind of clunky to me.

Back window suggests the covered "quarter glass" will be air intakes like the Viper and those vents are exits?
or could they be air intakes for the motor and the side scoops are all cooling?
going to be interesting to examine the packaging for sure. I'm guessing motor under the hatch glass and small rear trunk behind?
Vert will have the buttresses.

Huh? Car in OP is clearly a fastback coupe. The vert will have the vertical glass and buttresses. It will be a hardtop vert.

I agree. I believe that the two side grille openings are for the engine coolant radiators and the A/C heat exchanger, and the center of the car's front end has a frunk(as shown in the CAD drawings) instead of a radiator.
