Aventador or Huracan sized?

Oh man, it looks terrible in comparison to those Lambos's. Like a kit car. Shame.

It's gonna look like a Vette. Back when Vette was selling C3's (which many here seem to love) Lambo was introducing Miuras. While not everybody would prefer the Miura's looks, perhaps 95% would? So nothing has really changed -- and the odds are this Vette will hit a bulls-eye with its intended target market (which I predict may skew a bit younger, but not much).

Do we know if those are the real interior a-pillars and the front edge of the interior roof or just more camo to make it visibly look smaller from a front view like this? I wouldn't put it past GM to disguise those interior features as well.

2020 C6 of the Year Winner - Modified
Looks like Gobots next to Transformers - dispells the “the camo is hiding it’s great features” argument. If it were a truly great looking car you’d be able to tell beneath this level of camo as you can with the Lambos & Ferraris that were posted in the same stage of camo.

I am confident when the car is seen with all the trim and detailed body lines that GM will knock our socks off.
I don't think it will be as aggressive looking as a Lamborghini but few cars are.
I personally think Lamborghini look a little to edgey for my taste.
I much prefer the smooth lines of Ferrari 458 and 488 as opposed to the Aventador or Huracun.
I think GM will be somewhere between the radical look of the Lamborghini and the more sophisticated look of the Ferrari.
I would be shock if GM missed the mark on C8.
I like the looks of the C7 which was developed on a 250m dollar budget and from what I have heard the C8 is closer to 1 billion dollars in design and development.
That extra 750k goes a long way to make a much more refined look than we have with the C7.
I hope I am right but I think if priced at 80k and up GM won't be able to build them fast enough.

Lambos come dropped fairly low and the steep windshield rake is a well known Lambo design signature. Gives the cars that low/wide stance a lot of people like. I have serious doubts GM would ever release a production car with those elements for various reasons.
I also agree that the C8 should be compared with the 428/488 design, not Lambo. I did love the Aventador when released, but spending some time around them recently in Southern Miami I actually prefer the Huracans 'cleaner' look.

Thanks for all of the feedback.
In an attempt to steer this thread back on track, this was not intended to be a design comparison to the Lambos, rather a size comparison.

The lambos have only the paint swirls as camoflauge while the corvette is still hiding under bith the swirly paint but false body panel surfacing to keep the anticipation high...
you really should not compare one vehicle with stock body panels and swirly paint amd another brands display of false sheet compoumd panelsand swirly paint...
of course the c8 prototypes look awkward,,,,its by design

I'm surprised by the poll that high percentage of people think the C8 is going to be the size of a Aventador. Do you guys know how big a Aventador is?

I get the feeling most people posting here have never seen one in real life. They are big cars. The proportions of the Huracan are much nicer IMHO.

I've seen several, they are very low, very wide and pretty long. A big foot print. They are beautiful too.
Aventador:
190" Long x 80" Wide x 45″ High (15,200 square inch foot print)
C7 Corvette:
177" long x 74" Wide x 48.5" High (13,098 square inch foot print)
Huracan
177" Long x 76" Wide x 47" high (13,452 square inch foot print)
There's your answer. C8 corvette will be comparable to C7 in overall dimensions
