^^^ The one on top looks great. I don't know if it's accurate but I am sure when the car is introduced with all the details body line and trim it's going to look great!!

The first one is just ok. The second is ugly. Both look chunky, but especially the second one. I wouldn’t by the C8 if it looks like either of those.

So that giant side intake is gonna be right at the edge of the door that you open? That will go over real well in the real world when you park it next to other cars.... Think about it.

Same answer for me on almost any C8 including those. I’ll buy them at the right price. Right now, it’s looking like $70k msrp. In black or red.

on home plate, i'd say as far as basic design shape is concerned. the side intakes could vary some, but not much. they are closer imo on this rendition that what we are seeing with the current level of camo.

The Corvette Blogger sept 3 pics from the Nurburgring of the C8 in just the black/white camo were so disappointing, especially the new C8 beehind.
I don't like Fords, never owned one, but I'm not so biased that I can't admit the Fort GT, in any version, 1966, 2005 or 2018, is a much more breathtakingly beautiful design.
For the C8 GM design just chopped the C7, and all it's beauty went to heaven. Leaving a helluva mess here on Earth.

Reinforces my decision to purchase another new C7 convertible with a manual transmission was a good idea. I was worried that the mid engine car would not be to my liking, unfortunately I was right. Unless Chevrolette design comes up with a better looking car, I will not purchase another Corvette.

The grill will be fully open in the center IMO. I think it will incorporate that angled center retainer however.

Living in PA that would be fine with me. Retainer? I’d paint it black like on my C7. But front plate states may give GM reason to accommodate, just big enough in the center for one.

The first edition ( Red) with those very attractive rims MAKE that car astounding. Hope it comes close to that in person. Great work

Same here, I'm getting a C7 M7 while I can. Maybe that C8 will get better as the years go by but for now .... pass.
