Make the taillights red and that might look good on the MEs rear end. I can see a family resemblance, just got their facias mixed up.
P.S. I need more sleep or coffee!

A Cadillac makes more sense... if GM is committed to developing Cadillac as its luxury brand.
But maybe GM thinks they’re ready and able to pull off elevating both a performance brand and a luxury brand a la VW Group.
I’d be more inclined to believe the latter if GM hadn’t tipped CT4V+ and CT5V+, but maybe that’s a truly short-term play.

There will be a Corvette badged/branded CUV sooner than later whether the gold chained, satin jacketed crowd is on board or not. Take a good look at your local Porsche dealer if you have one. You will be convinced in short order about the fate of 2 seat, high performance sports cars, they are not selling well but SUVs/CUVs are. GM is going to be late to this party but will have the advantage of knowing what works in this market. Expect hybrid as an initial offering with full electric shortly there after. These Corvettes will outsell the 2 seaters in short order with price tags at least 15% less than high performers developed in Germany.
