GM to start Teasing C8 very soon
If I remember correctly, GM started teasing its seventh Generation Corvette a couple months before the NAIAS reveal in Detroit. Those teasers were I cant remeber all but maybe 5 videos a minute long or so. and each vido was focused on a different part of the car. Maybe GM is getting really close to the Reveal with a LOGO/Emblem on each teaser?

On Thursday, Oct 18, 2012, in the Corvette Corral just before the Petit LeMans Race, we heard the date and location of the C7’s reveal, and had its emblem revealed.

I'm not trying to be rude, I'm genuinely interested. I just scrolled through all of your posts looking for something in the C8 section so that I didn't have to ask you to repeat yourself about something, but didn't find any nuggets of info outside of you saying the new motors will still be 6.2L but 4 valve, DHOC, with twins on it.

Nah, but those displacements set me up for it lol.
The funniest part of it all would be if it is F.E. and these are all of an entirely different vehicle all together or a non-existent one to cover up the real one. (Probably isn't but who knows what GM is thinking, they tested V12s at one point in the C4s so until the thing is announced its all speculation and not fact...)

Edit: Then wait for the C9 to fix the timing chain issues? Heh, sorry, couldn't resist. Hopefully GM learned something from their High Feature V6 timing chain woes.

Race Director
If GM races the C8 in 2019, that would be different than the last 2 new generations. The C6R was not raced until 2006, the C7R was not raced until 2015.
