Great render but the side scoop incorporates the faux panels added for Nurburgring.

Wow, an official publication finally did an accurate rendering of the C8. I can’t wait to read and see what you have for us, Zerv02

Bullsh t.

I also have inside scoops, but none of you bozos will ever hear them because NOBODY LEAKS INSIDE INFO!

Anyone with inside info will never spill it because it would put someone's job at risk. That's why we haven't heard jack squat about the C8 despite a fleet of them being on the public streets. That's how we know Zerv02 is completely full of sh t.

Tell you what, Zerv02: if you post your "scoops" then I'll give the thumbs up/down based on my own inside info?

Careful Zerv02...I'll call you on any bullsh t!

Nice render but I would rather see the A-pillars body color instead of black like the C7.

I like the black roof and A-pillars. Somehow that makes the design look better. I also like the black accent on the side scoop. I’ll need to see some other angles of the front. Overall, the best looking render yet, but the design still doesn’t really wow me.

Also, I really hate those wheels.

Agreed. You mean like the C7, C6, and C5. The blacked out A-pillars are so 1990s. Body colored A-pillars are long, long overdue.

I thought GM wanted younger buyers, yet they keep doing this same old school stuff.

Amazing how many similarities been the CarScoops render (top) and the earlier ACS Composite render (bottom).

Maybe it’s just the angle, but the top one for me is meh, ok. The bottom one is hideous.

Best render to date (IMHO). But I agree ... the A-pillars need to be body-colored.

Just a quick side note, that is just a render it is not from GM. That being said I too would like to see body color A pillars. Also, would be nice if they were a bit less bulky too, some of them are getting really thick, I guess that is safety regulated but damn.

OK let's get over the color of the "'A" pillar.... All you have to do is take it to a 'wrap' shop.... have 'em either wrap the a pillar in the matching color of your choice or paint the wrap. It will set you back about $100. Now, back to the rendering.... any ideas how I can move up the list at the dealership???

You can't do that with the C7, the A-pillar widens out from the top to the bottom so when you wrap it like some have done for the C7, it doesn't "look right." It would be better for the C8 to have the A-pillar designed to be body colored.
