What are the odds it'll have round taillights?

What are the odds it'll have round taillights?
Every time I see the covered test mules (not the 'Ring prototypes), I get this feeling like there will be four quad taillamp in the back, not some big wrap-around lamp. Sort of like a '19 Camaro-meets-McCalren F1 taillight. I have no facts to base this on, just a feeling. The McDonalds prototype looks nothing like the 'Ring prototypes in the back. It's so much smoother. It flows so much better. I feel like the Ring ones were trying to throw us all off, as has been suggested by others.

Yes, the CAD images tell a different tail (haha). But I just cannot figure out why GM would put an ugly set of taillights on an iconic car known for its quad tail lamps. I am hoping whatever fill the voids is more than just red plastic, but rather something with LED elements and shape. The cutout on the side of the lamp towards the side of the car looks awkward, like a kid using scissors for the first time.

That's ugly.
OP, as others have said, the probability is ZERO.
StormHunter77,
Not all Corvettes had quad tail lights. Early Corvettes did not have "quad" tail lamps:
The C7 technically has quad tail lights:
Frankly, it was past time for Chevy to get away from the round/oval tail lights.

Meh, give it ten years. Everything goes full circle. Vinyl was in, vinyl was out. Cloth was in cloth was out. Leather was in leather was out. Cloths back and people want it... sorry, alcantara, plastered all over the place. In about 10 years it'll look as dated as the 80s and then they'll be back again. I personally like the uninterrupted lines provided by flip up head lights only because dropping them for the c6 looked like an afterthought. The C7 did a much better job on that front. I'm liking the camo cars.

Good point. The C7 was originally going to be ME so the C8 would have at least been on their minds while they finalized the C7 design. The C8 design may even have been well along before the C7 was designed.
