Unless you perform this type of artwork, people don't realize how much effort and concentration it involves. I just focus on the design and don't bother with the artwork. Thanks for sharing.
Excuse me for messing with your art but it is easier if most of the work has already been done.. To view my work, I suggest you almost close your eyes and peek through your eye lashes.

Modeling this rear was much more fun than the grille. More tomorrow night. The rear glass surround is photoshopped in from a camo shot. I'll model that after the rear is done.

That’s the money shot for me,I’m hooked.
Looks classy in a vintage kind of way,and that’s right up my ally.
Thanks for not drawing the spoiler.

Heck, that looks like a Vette. Grats. All it needs is round lights. What is really cool is the C3 type spoiler. Real cool.

I was leaning to rounded rectangles, but I could try both ways.

This is the most exciting C8 ME render yet. It is the only one that really captures Corvette heritage in every way. I pray the Corvette boys have pulled off a miracle. Thanks man.

Now you’re talking. Go for it!

“But I would not rule out quad round led lights similarly framed like we see in that spy rear facia leak pic. It would be a significant move foreword from stand alone quad rear lights like the C6 but incorporate a similar framed outline as the C7 wrapped around the sides to incorporate rear side red markers. Thus heritage and a new look. Don’t get me wrong, I love the look of my C7 rear lights, but I hope for something different on the ME aka C8?”

My crude attempt.

Comparing this ME Rear illustration against the C7 Z06 with obvious differences Corvette enthusiasts could see, my guess is that for ~80% of everyone else they’d look about the same. That even with different sloping quad lights, etc. We need a different look than from a C7. I hope that happens.

No offense to C7 owners, but I personally think the rear of the C7 is awful (why I didn't buy one), but it looks downright beautiful next to that rendered (& the camo'd pics) C8 rear end.

That particular render is especially ridiculous from the rear. Poorly done honestly.

Wow did GM ever miss the mark on the Camero taillamps. Between the taillamps and the rear spoiler it just does not work at all.

I hope and pray the C8 does not look anything like the Camero rear end. Complete fail on GM's part.

No wonder GM is getting it's *** handled to it by both the Ford Mustang and the Dodge Charger.

As a life long GM guy currently on Corvette number 11 it pains me to see such a horrible design failure that is the Camero both front facia and complete rear end.

GM must be working hard on a replacement at this Camero does not have a very Brite future.

Complete swing and a miss. Enough of the retro design attempts. GM give us a car worthy of being designed in the year 2018.

I like it a lot - I am feeling Corvette in the design. Did not the alleged rear fascia spy shot show a wrap around fascia vent?Below the taillight?

By George, I think you've got it. Great work. Looks like a Vette, yeah.

This is FVS render mutilated by me. The side scoop can't be where it is in your render aerodynamically speaking. It must follow the door edge because the 'known' ducting entrance is directly behind the door. It can't be like the C8R as shown either because of the same reason. . I moved the front end forward and lowered it. I raised the wheels and wheel arches in line with the C8R. This looks like a Vette but not futuristic.

You're going to be eating some crow in a few months. The scoop doesn't follow the door frame at all, it's not even close.
